Policies and Returns
ProHerb’s herbal, nutritional and homoeopathic practitioner-only products are supplied to suitably qualified health practitioners only. They are to be sold to patients only in the context of a consultation. They may not be displayed for retail sale. ProHerb may supply herbal, nutritional and homoeopathic practitioner-only products to students enrolled in appropriate courses on the understanding that students will be using the same practitioner-only products for personal use or, if prescribing for others, it will be so under the guidance of their course clinical tutor.
Access to ProHerb’s Online-Ordering Portal must be requested directly via contacting ProHerb.
Order’s placed via the Online-Ordering Portal are on account only. Prepaid orders must be made by contacting ProHerb Directly - More payment options will be available in late 2021. All order’s placed via the Online-Ordering Portal will have the approval of the primary account holder, and shall not be placed by patients, or non-account holders. Freight charges will be applied as per the policy below.
Some products may not be visible online. Please consult your Practitioner Consultant to review your purchasing permissions. ProHerb reserves the right to revoke any access to the Online-Ordering Portal.

Orders will be dispatched within 48hrs. A packing-slip will accompany the goods. Invoices are emailed automatically.
BACKORDERS, SEMINAR SPECIALS, PAC DEALS
Not all Order types are currently supported on the Online Ordering Portal. Please note, that orders containing Seminar specials, some Practitioner Consultant deals, and backorders/preorders are not supported. These need to be placed via contacting proherb directly. If you are unsure, please check with your regional Practitioner Consultant.
Credit Account Customers: Full payment is required 20th of the month following date of invoice.
Other Customers: Orders will not be dispatched until payment is received.
Credit Application forms are available on request. Goods remain the property of ProHerb Ltd until full payment is made.
Payments must be accompanied by an order reference.
Freight may take up to 4 working days from dispatch date and can only be sent to a street address recognised by Post Haste’s Database (https://www.posthaste.co.nz/address_
checker.html), not a P.O. Box number. All product prices shown in our Price List are exclusive of freight charges. Orders over $200 exclusive GST on dispatched items only, are freight free (excluding Saturday delivery). Freight and handling charges (exclusive GST):

Civil Aviation Rules restrict air transportation of Class 3 flammable liquids. MediHerb liquid herb containing 23% or more ethanol and flammable oils may only be shipped on a 3-4 day service.
As a requirement from Health Department Regulations and our primary suppliers, ProHerb cannot accept items for return for the purpose of gaining a refund except for when an item is damaged, leaked or packed in error. If an item is damaged, leaked or packed in error you must notify ProHerb within 3 working days of receipt. All returns must be accompanied by the invoice transaction pertaining to that order.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
ProHerb operates a back order system. Out of stock items will be back ordered and advice given as soon as they available. Any back ordered items will be forwarded freight free. Backorders need to be placed with ProHerb directly via phone or email ordering. These cannot yet be placed via our B2B site.
